I play a PKer ingame sometimes and i find myself killing people in empty ehb buildings most of the time.
I walk into the ehb building and spotted Bill, right before i kill Bill, i said something about how fun it is doing Pinatas and such.. even explained how to do one. I didnt dump the body... just left it there. I believe that it actually worked because it was Pinata'ed the next day, i "Corrupted" the survivor into doing the hard work for me.
I dont know how well it would work if it was a hardcore survivor, but not many people have seen Pinatas, and even less have done one themselves. Survivors that are bored might actually try to do a Pinata if you set everything up for them.
