For those that aren't aware - X:00 is a method of arranging mass zombie attacks on specific targets at specific times. Players pm/ email each other or post on the forums to arrange a time and a place, and then swamp the building.
It's very effective, and lots of fun, since you can chat on the field phone in the taccon while you're going crazy infecting all 20 people inside a survivor safehouse and generally causing mayhem
One important thing I'd like to mention that these attacks are *very* casual - if you can't make the time because you were out getting drunk, had a TV show you wanted to watch, or simply forgot, no-one is going to mind... urban dead is just a relaxed zombie game that takes 3 minutes a day to play and there's always another day to catch the attack. Don't worry about it

- US Eastern time is currently GMT -4 hours
- US Central time is currently GMT -5 hours
- US Mountain time is currently GMT -6 hours
- UK time is currently GMT +1 hour
